ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

• Work closely with manufacturing/vendors to establish priorities and track status of repairs in process

• Open and close repair orders in ERP system

• Compute repair pricing based on company pricing policies

• Create and send status reports to customers and management

• Monitor/reduce cycle time required to deliver faulty equipment to repair location, and to ship/invoice after the repair is completed
