To be able to learn new culinary skills and ideas in the kitchen

and utilize my learnings in the past years. Also, to acquire new

knowledge on different cuisines, methods and techniques in

professional cooking, and to share my knowledge with my

colleagues.

Background I graduated in College of Saint Benilde with the degree of B.S.

HRIM major in Culinary. Finished my practicum 1 in Solomon Guest

house, held by our school, and finished my Practicum 2 in Seda

Hotel.

I enjoy cooking and learning new culinary skills. Most of my

experiences were in Banquet, Garde manger, cold prep, soups and

sauces, I also enjoy baking and pastry arts. Through my training

and I have understood what professionalism is all about.

Qualifications & Culinary skills: Good knife skill, has a very creative mind, good

Skills sense of leadership, good listener, works efficiently, and most

especially I clean as I go. I also make sure that I work with

quality and finish my work on time.

Other skills: Basic phone phraseology, Multi tasking.

Languages: Tagalog and English.
