. Quality Engineer
o Daily report factory yields at all assembly and shipping inspection
points
o Breakdown of individual defects into histograms for executive

o Investigate line failures to ensure production demand is maintained
and drive yields to customer expectations and beyond
o Work with supplier quality if a component(s)/assembly is deemed non-
conforming to receive root cause and corrective action from said
supplier
o Strategically place floating quality assurance inspectors to
oversee quality at any given point in the assembly line should an
issue arise
o Daily yield reporting to customer with root cause and
corrective/preventative actions
o Perform FMEA for assembly line working with process and design
engineering to mitigate failure modes
o Ensure line quality audits are thorough and conducted regularly
o Administer daily teardowns of product for assembly error analysis
to ensure product integrity
o Create corrective and preventative actions accordingly to any
assembly errors found from teardowns of product to main assembly
and repair areas
o Create solutions to end user issues reported from customer weekly
for main assembly and repair areas
o Coordinate controlled runs for specific configuration or
engineering tests and document unit serial numbers
o Report any failures or issues to customer through customer based
issue reporting system
o Complete internal issue reports disseminated to all project
personnel with specific duties each department of the project must
complete to address problem and resolve
o Continual follow-up of investigation findings for internal issue
report to update all on project until issue is fully resolved and
closed
. Quality Analyst
o Ensure paperwork of module is accurate to the company's, the DOD,
and aerospace (AS9100) standards
o Process auditor for all cells and balance machines
o Coordinator for the welding operators / weld machines test coupons
processed for non-destructive/destructive testing
o ISO 9001 procedure compliance auditor
o Non-conforming part administrator

. Continuous Improvement Coordinator
o Lead the Continuous Improvement council with 20+ members which
included senior management and all leadership
o Coordinated Kaizen/Continuous Improvement events for San Antonio
facility

members of the 220 and 229 Core Assembly team
