Description: .The project is based on manufacturing of apples,mango juice

concentrate,tetra packing of RTS beverages and package drinking water,CA-

storage of post harvest fruits and processing and packing of fruits,Quality

testing of fruit juices i;e checking acidity, turbidity,color,clarity,BRIX value,mobility,stability,TPC,Tracing patulin content

using HPLC,GLC.The work on other instrumentation equipments like

Spectrophotometer, pH meter Napthlenic turbidity meter,Refractrometer and

other quality testing instruments.
