Responsibilities: Supported all departments of the company. Maintained the inventory

alongside the Warehouse Coordinator. Received incoming medicine and medical supplies.

Restocked supply bins as needed. Prepared patients orders. Dispatched delivery drivers.

Delivered I.V. medication to the homes of patients. Reviewed insurance information with new

patients, and explained co-pays and/or out-of-pocket costs when applicable. Performed the

managerial duties of the Warehouse Coordinator when he was out of the office.

Skills: Dispatching delivery drivers so that time sensitive deliveries arrive on time. Coordinating

with intake, and multiple pharmacy teams, to achieve approximate E.T.A.’s for their patient

deliveries. Creating P.O.’s (through CPR+) when inventory is low to ensure next day delivery.

Entering P.O.’s (through CPR+) from received invoices to accurately replenish inventory.
