overall in machine set up times and a greatly reduced cost in worker
overtime. Managed, with the help of some key hourly members, a safety
program producing a positive and lasting effect on worker morale,
productivity and team work, and an end result of zero accidents over a five
year span. Also rewrote job safety analysis procedures for each machine
center with special attention given to safety and job set up times.
