February 2004 VICE PRESIDENT / CFO
Accountable for the finance and accounting operations,
policy development/implementation, and regulatory
compliance related to the financial function. Serve as
Chairman of the Asset/Liability Committee, as well as
prepare all financial statements, month end reports and
regulatory agency reports. Also responsible for accounts
payable, operating budget and strategic planning. Other
duties include managing the investment portfolio as well as
working closely with auditors to ensure compliance and
proper controls. Serves as IT Security Officer.
GRAFTON SUBURBAN CREDIT UNION - Grafton, Massachusetts
2001 - 2004 Vice President Finance / Controller
Oversee all financial and retail operations. Responsible
for the preparation of all monthly financial reports and
the annual budget, as well as reporting to all regulatory
agencies and conducting monthly Audit Committee meetings.
Prepare and analyze all Asset Liability Management reports
and monthly Board of Directors financial information.
Purchase investments within the limits of the investment
policy. Project manager for all new products and services.
Partner with the marketing department to effectively
utilize the credit union's marketing customer information
system. Prepare presentations to the Board of Director as
required. Work closely with the senior management team so
that the strategic objectives are carefully executed.
1993-2001 Assistant Treasurer / Operations Officer / MIS Manager
Manage the accounting operations including month end
closings, all internal data processing, EFT settlement,
adjustments and payroll. Responsible for the preparation
of all monthly financial reports and the annual budget, as
well as reporting to all regulatory agencies and conducting
monthly Audit Committee meetings. Prepare and analyze all
Asset Liability Management reports and monthly Board of
Directors financial information. Prepares all required tax

report preparation to liquidity position and investment
analysis.
Network administrator responsible for supervising the
installation of all network applications and upgrades for
three local area networks operating on a wide area network.
Accountable for providing training, administrative and
technical support for all branches in regards to
workstations, LANs and the applications utilized for daily
operation. Provide supervision of all data processing
performed, as well as oversee installation, training and
upgrades for all data processing products. Research and
suggest all hardware and software purchases to the Board of
Directors. Developed and maintain the internal
microcomputer policy of the Credit Union as well as perform
disaster recovery testing at off site locations.
Assumed responsibility for Year 2000 Compliance of all
critical systems including awareness, assessment,
renovation, testing and implementation.
Performed "beta" testing for various vendor applications.

Supervised six employees and the daily operations of the
branch office. Performed other duties listed above
including overseeing accounting operations, payroll and all
financial reporting.
