on wholesalers, contractors and end users showing new products, presenting preseason opportunities and ongoing

training for new and existing products.

Overseen day to day operations. Worked with vendors on new products and the education of our customers on those new

products. Handled the shipping and return of the Branch reclaimed refrigerant. I was the driving force behind selling the new

residential equipment (Century) line. Added another Sales person to handle the increase in business and customer traffic.

Worked closely with sales staff and customers to ensure best customer satisfaction.

Maintained 100 plus accounts in a five county area surrounding the Dayton metro area. Introduced new product lines,

offered on going education, set up counter lunches and in house vendor days. Work closely with the counter staff to ensure

prompt delivery and customer service. Some of the larger accounts include: Wright Patterson Air Force Base, WPAFB

Hospital, Wright State University, University of Dayton, Rieck Mechanical, AK Steel and the Dayton VA Center.

personnel or outside contractor.
