• NDT Level II Inspector:
Inspected coupling surfaces, both internally and externally, for longitudinal defects, paying attention closely to
the threaded area. Looked for flaws that determine whether the subject is up to standard. Defective subjects
were then rejected, segregated and reported to QC supervisor via nonconformance report.
• API/Pipe Inspector:
Inspected internal/external threads on subjects, whether long or buttress casing, after being machined.
Inspected each subject with the corresponding gauges given by QC department. Determine if the subject
meets the dimensional criteria in the inspection report.
• Shipping/Receiving/Final Inspection:
Perform thorough inspection and revision of raw material before production process and log in all data. Ensure
that the final product meets appropriate criteria before shipment.

Tig/stick welded stainless steel material. Take measurements and calculate equipment placement according to
the blueprints. Used plasma cutter as needed.
