Provide leadership for a 3 shift inbound operation with 23 management, 6
support, and over 350 FTE and agency hourly associates packaging and
distributing supplier parts in sellable units to dealer network.
. Ensure consistent parts supply for large dealer network (Modernized
Cat Parts Network) managing $5.5M/day of inbound inventory and
processing into sellable units
. Ensure satisfaction of over 1,000 worldwide customers (over 25% of
Cat's supply base) by reducing shipment errors to 10 or less per 10k
lines (IPC) and less than 5 for DC, and maintaining supply chain
velocity of less than 6 days (improved from 13+ days)

conjunction with the Service Parts Management (SPM) team, including
assisting with the implementation of SPM (SAP) throughout the
distribution network (Clayton IPC was the pilot facility for this new
