Responsibilities include color markup, color correction, retouching, page/proof submits, and press side approvals with customer. In
this position I successfully played a key role increasing company profitability.
• Color Manager - Expanded and managed the color department to meet the growth of the company. Undertaking the hiring and
reviewing process of color teams along with mentoring each individual. This position included traveling for proof/page submits to
clients for support to establish/maintain the relationships with our clients. This added both quality control and person-to-person
interaction.

control. Supervise prep assistant, worked with team to create processes to streamline internal production and data thus enabling us

clients such as; Disneyland, Bates U.S.A., Ingram Micro, and Wunderman Cato Johnson.

Midwest Litho Arts Inc., Des Plaines, Illinois; a high-quality color separator affiliated with World Color Press, Inc.
• Color Analyst of all 4/C thru 8/C projects, which included previewing of customer art and transparencies, working closely with
scanning department, color solutions for all wet and dry etch applications.
• Prepress Engineer. Analyzed client's work and determined the most efficient, cost effective process for achieving the clients'
needs. Implemented S.O.P.'s and assisted in creating client profiles. Profiles included but not limited to: Cadillac, Audi-VW, Harley
Davidson, Tiffany, Disney, Brunswick, BMW, Coach and Spiegel. This position allowed me to interface with Sales, Clients, Customer
Service, on-line production and obtain an excellent understanding of their specific roles and responsibilities.
• Sales Associate position provided me the opportunity to manage and assist in the development of new and existing accounts, which
enabled me to develop excellent customer relationships. This consisted of 4/C tech. support, client contact, in-house quality control
and cost analysis.
