Detroit Manufacturing Systems (Detroit), Oct. 2012-Jul. 2013: Quality Engineer for supplier

of instrument panels for Ford Motor Co., customer interface, PPAP/VPP and Q1 attainment.

Johnson Controls Power Solutions (Holland, OH), Feb. 2007-Oct. 2012: Quality Systems

Engineer, responsible for customer concern response, metrology & calibration, supplier quality,

reporting of engineering changes and Held material inventory, Layered Process Audits,

maintenance of QMS documentation and registration to ISO/TS-16949, EMS documentation and

plants); promoted to Stamping Div. Quality Engineer (Dearborn) in Mar. 1989, responsible for
