Role:
Working as Assistant Cinema Manager with Big Cinemas, Palam Vihar property, which is second-in-
command position and is solely responsible for the smooth cinema operations, sales promotions,
collaborations, etc? Over-all in charge of important functions like Facilities, Maintenance, Accounts,
Housekeeping, Projection, Administration, Marketing, Training and Development, Security and Operations
on the top.
In my previous assignment with the company, worked as an Assistant Manager with the Special Operation
Group which is a special task force being created for business development – both organic, as well as in-
organic. The department manages everything from the start of the project, till it is handed over of the
operations.
Responsibilitie held:
Operations
• Entire cash management.
• Controlling overall working cost and F&B cost and maximizing net profit.
• Planning and controlling manpower planning according to the business.
• Optimum utilizing of the resources both organic and in organic.
• Setting targets and objectives of operations so that to achieve the bench mark and standard given by
the company and over above that as well.
• Making sure that the Standard operating procedures are religiously followed.

Audit
