Experience: obtain over 10 years experience in hospitality/ building Engineering
Work Experience: 2001 – 2004 worked for a 252 room Double tree guest suites as maintenance
engineer and supervisor. Duties included repair and maintenance of all HVAC equipment and
service on heat pumps, refrigeration, and other mechanical equipment as well as cooling towers
experience with three phase and single phase electricity obtains refrigeration experience as well.
2004- 2006 work for midway hotel center as a lead engineer and I was chief engineer for a 174
room Courtyard at the midway hotel center. Duties included managing and directing employees
while managing at the Courtyard making sure building was safe and organized including life
safety issues in regards to fire safety and lock out tag out procedures for all employees when
working with electrical and water. HVAC systems well maintained and fully operational as well
as pool and spa systems and followed a guest room preventative maintenance schedule and
equipment schedule as well.
2006 – 2009 Midway hotel center worked as a building engineer at the Hilton garden Inn duties
included maintenance repairs on all equipment HVAC equipment, kitchen equipment,
2009 -2012 Midway hotel center duties include HVAC maintenance and repair on all mechanical
systems, for example, ice – machines, reach – in coolers and walk – in coolers. Responsible for
equipment in 9 hotels and three restaurants kitchen and roof top units as well as boilers.
Experience with roof top units as well up to 20 tons Lennox and Carrier units. Understand how
to change rotation on three phase and single phase motors and pumps and understand how to test
for ohms and continuity in regards to single phasing through controls before a pump or motor
will fail. Ability to read and troubleshoot using wiring diagrams with no supervision
2012 –present ABM facility services responsible for upkeep and repair of all HVACR including
walk in coolers, freezers, roof top units, hot water boilers, water softeners, kitchen equipment
Experience will include HVACR equipment, low pressure boilers, pool and spa equipment,
kitchen equipment, low pressure steam boilers commercial refrigeration.

technical knowledge is of high quality. Ability to identify issues with guest rooms and
mechanical equipment is critical to the stay of each guest finding any issues in preventative
maintenance before the issue becomes critical is critical to the operation of the building
following all OSHA safety regulations is critical to the building as well. With the ability to track
budgeting for each quarter and determine if changes need to be made in relation to profit and loss
