• Began career as a Financial Management Trainee within Parker-Hannifin’s management training program. The

program consisted of relocating every 8 weeks to a different division to perform in another financial capacity such as

internal auditor, accounts receivable, general accounting, and cost accounting.

• Upon completion of the Financial Management Trainee program promoted to Cost Accountant responsible for setting

standard cost, reviewing cost of sales, and creating management reports.

• Successfully launched and led the Cost Reduction Program at the Eugene, OR plant site. As the Cost Reduction

and eliminate $1MM over a two year period of which both goals were achieved.
