Duties: Began work with Occupational Therapy Department /
Residential Services on 6/7/2009. Provide support for the
Occupational Therapy Department (i.e., enter new admission
information, patient evaluation information, discharge information,
print out monthly documentation, all other typing, filing, etc.;
handle patient money management for personal needs; prepare all
graduation needs for patients graduating each month (i.e., name
plates, programs, decorating, make proper departments in facility
aware of number graduating; run errands as needed to assist with
patient care. Assist with patient modules as needed each week. Assist
Residential Department as needed with copying needed information.
Keep daily records of Behavior Monitoring (Incident Report) forms,
prepare information for case managers weekly and quarterly information
for Clinical Program Director. Handled general office
responsibilities including phone calls.
Secretary to Department of Neuropsychology from 1989 to 6/7/2009.
Provided support for department (i.e., printing client evaluations,
setting up all information regarding patients, patient and staff
scheduling and any other information used; prepare client notebooks,
distributing patient discharge questionnaires; preparing CQI
information for department director; design forms, etc.). Keep
records of Behavior Monitoring forms and prepare information for case
managers and residential manager weekly and quarterly information for
Clinical Program Director. Previously had setup Individual Program

preparing and grading tests, designed syllabus cover, etc.), assisted
two years in setting up the Pharmacology Association held in
Galveston.

Duties: Preparing all orientation materials for nursing personnel,
videotaping in-services, preparing the continuing education calendar
each month, etc.

Duties: Kept records on all AMA, CEU, etc. credits of the School of
Allied Health Sciences and physicians attending continuing education
courses at UTMB. Kept records for courses offered by the department
including expense reports for each course, etc.

Duties: Typing, preparing travel scheduling, of meetings, x-rays,
MRI's, etc. for the patients. Assisted in setting up meetings for the
Director of Pathology search committee.

OTHER AREAS: Assisted with Power Point Media and Media Shout for services

Basketball at First Baptist Church in Texas City; Volunteered as T-Ball
Coach in 2009.
