JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Independently handling of the operations & chartering division.

Negotiated and managed all kind of voyage and their operational aspects

Successfully handled all kind of operational work related to these contracts,

including cargo claims/shortages.

Preparing calculations for Freight, Laytime/Demurrage.

Follow-up of Laytime calculations and balance freight invoices and final charter hire

statement.

Oversaw loading and discharging operations at worldwide ports to ensure contract

performance as well maintain

Appointing of agents/ sub-agents. Correspondence with Charterers / agents for

smooth and fast turnaround of the vessels.

Handling all kind of matters relating to port agents & vessel such as negotiating

D/A, arranging pre-arrival documents, crew sign on/off, bunkering, etc.,

Preparing all kind of calculations/accounts related to voyages for management,

charterers and preparing required cargo documents such as Bills of lading, SOF,

etc., when needed.

division for various cargoes.

Provide full Pre/Post-fixture support to the vessels in order work to go without any

Prepare and Issue voyage instructions to Master and port agents.

Arrange and send invoices request to accounts department for freight / hire /

demurrage collection from charterers.
