Responsible for the maintenance and repair of 58 injection moulding machines and all ancillary

equipment such as grinders,sprue pickers, conveyors and material handling systems.

Maintenance and repair of 80+ moulds.

Tool-setting.

Process setup and optimisation.

Troubleshooting.

Quality assessment of production.

Document all maintenance work carried out on moulds.

Upkeep and filing of new and existing maintenance records for audit purposes.

Delegation of required work every morning to all maintenance staff.

Attend daily production meetings and weekly management meetings in order to plan all

maintenance and repair work around company production needs where possible.

Installation and set up of new injection moulding machines.

Installation and set up from scratch of new moulds and also set up their process parameters from

scratch.

Travelled to Japan to oversee manufacturing of new company products, carry out quality assessment

and function testing and finally validate new products/moulds.(2012)
