Developed and maintained an ISO 9001:2008 certified QCP supporting a $300 million DOD contract that is

fully integrated with the Safety and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) ESOH

• Perform all aspects of total quality include Corrective and Preventive Actions, Surveillance, Internal/External

Audits, Receiving Inspections, Document Control, Progress Control, Quality Data Analysis, and Statistical

Sampling

US ARMY - Fort Belvoir, VA - 2008 to 2011

Lead Quality manager for the inspection of 13 corporate level audits conducted in four states and two overseas

US ARMY - Fort Bragg, NC - 1990 to 2004

Administrator and Project Manager for $40 million in nation re-build construction while assigned to Kosovo,

supervised the construction of the only International Sports facility within the former Yugoslavia

• Lead construction Project Manager of multiple Airfield and horizontal construction projects, performing QC/

QA at all echelons
