• Implemented a quality improvement program that monitored quality of care as it relates
to medical record documentation. Tracked and monitored program by conducting
ongoing monthly review of more than 235 charts for clinical pertinence. Patterns of
deficiency were identified and evaluated.
• Compiled, analyzed and prepared reports (findings & plan of action). Improved by 50%
