Macmillan Fulfillment Centre uses Microsoft Azure as content
repository, Adobe Content Server for rights management of content. Using
the Macmillan Fulfillment Centre services, the user can communicate the
application through REST services, which allows the authorized users to
check the inventory with and without metadata, generate redemption codes,
redeem the codes, check the fulfillment of codes and delete the codes. The
authorization process is done by generating a security header code that has
a life time of 5 minutes and the input to the REST service is to be in XML
form.

This project is used to manage the huge quantity of Documents/Matters
(Cases) that could be searched by lawyers or the users who are registered
with Concordance Evolution. This project contains 18 modules like Imports,
Exports, DeDuplication, Production Set, Privilege Log, Search, Review,
Tagging, Redaction, Threading, Editing etc. and it has 6 main roles
Administrator, Reviewer, Limited Reviewer, Matter Administrator, Editor and
Read-Only users. The process starts with the Admin creating Folders,
Matters i.e. Cases and Datasets. Then the documents corresponding to that
Matter are imported into the respective datasets and further searched and
segregated into few virtual folders called as Review sets and assigned to
the users called as Reviewers. The documents in review sets are further
reviewed i.e. commented, redacted and tagged. Finally all such reviewed
documents are mapped as a Production set and handed over.

Exensys HCM Portal is an enhancement for the users using the HCM
module and is being implemented within Exensys organization. This portal
works in such a way that each employee has access to his/her data alone
from the main organization server. The usage of Web services appear at this
juncture where the data is sent to the Exensys ERP application through the
web services and then to the database and vice versa. It allows the users
to provide an interface to the employees from their individual work
stations to modify his/her personal data, Apply for leaves, cancel the
leaves, apply for various facility management activities, check the leave
status, pay slips etc. This portal allows the entire online activities such
as approval/rejection of requests by the concerned, TDS entry of all the
employees for the month by the finance management team etc.

process has been restructured by removing the entire Payroll group concept
and involving the employee specific individual existence. It also included
the non regular Payroll period i.e. the payroll is generated for the period
starting from 20th of previous month to 19th of selected month. It also
included Project wise attendance and payroll generation

DAR Al Handashah is a leading Architectural Design company in Lebanon and
Pune. This is the client for 4.0 suite and concentrated mostly on HCM. The
major achievement in this project is the introduction of Working Calendar
and Bio Metric system of the organization and its integration with the
Attendance of the application there by reflecting in the total Payroll
process. Apart from the Working Calendar and Bio Metric system, Excuses for
Absence, Overtime Requisition (Hourly based and Time based) have also been
included. With the Bio Metric system mapping with the Attendance the
system has to calculate the hours based on the Working Calendar mapped to
the employee taking into account the Leave Requisitions, Travel
Requisitions, Excuses and Overtime Requisitions of the employee for that
period.
