QUALIFICATIONS:
I have worked as an Executive Director since April 2004. As the Executive Director my job duties include but
are not limited to the following:
Assisting the community in quality care and service to the residents, employ, train, supervise and evaluate
residence staff.
Operate the residence in a manner that follows company guidelines.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assure the residence stays within the annual budget.
Assist with creating the annual budget.
Responsible for overall residence operations.
Initiate and participate in the community relations that promote the residence and provide awareness of the
assisted living community.
Prior to this for five years I was a Residents Manager of an Adult Family Home. My job duties included the
following: Responsible of the care of elderly residents, (specialized care concerns such as dementia, mental
health and physical disabilities), To provide residents with an enhanced quality of life, providing three nutritional
meals a day (catering to special diet needs such as vegan, soft food and diabetic) and medication assistance.
Schedule and coordinate residents transportation, budgeting and purchasing, marketing and public relations.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
