Senior Technology Acquisition Consultant (1099 position), Northern, VA

Provide responsive proposal development support to industry via a woman-

owned small business operating in the metropolitan Washington DC federal

marketspace.

Senior Technology Acquisition Consultant (1099 position), Washington D.C.

Supported the Department of State in the formation and execution of a

$300M+ portfolio-wide acquisition strategy for its worldwide information

technology (IT) support mission. Duties also included the full range of

pre-award source selection support activities for several major IT

acquisitions -- each valued at $50M+. Also provided contract management

support for ten major IT programs.

Senior Technology Acquisition Consultant, Draper Laboratory, Cambridge, MA

Supported the Department of

Commerce with the formation of an initial acquisition and budget strategy

to implement a multi-billion dollar Congressional initiative to develop and

operate a nationwide 4G wireless public safety broadband network for the

nation's 3M+ first responders. Duties included the full range of

acquisition activities that led to a $70M+ multi-award technical support

services contract.

BAE Systems, Director / Technology Program Manager, Washington D.C.

Served as a billable acquisition SME for over a decade while also providing

leadership for multiple acquisition PMOs comprised of several hundred

technology and acquisition professionals supporting Department of Homeland

Security Components and other Federal agencies.

Led the USAF's largest contracting squadron comprised of 140 GS-1102 series

professionals who supported the most geographically dispersed wing

(Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota and Greenland). Awarded $300M/year in

contracts. Selected "Best Contracting Squadron in Space Command."

Commander, 15th Contracting Squadron, Hickam AFB, HI

Led the Pacific Air Force's largest contracting squadron with 76

professionals who awarded $100M in contracts annually. Selected the "Best

Contracting Officer in the Pacific Air Forces."

Staff Officer, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force

(Contracting), Pentagon, VA

Managed Air Force contracting and acquisition policy for IT. Represented

the Secretariat on Source Selection Advisory Councils for high- visibility

IT and command and control systems - most were valued at over $100M.

Created the Joint Staff's first codified acquisition policies. Provided

(AWACS) aircraft production contracts.

Directed the actions of 15 missile combat crews entrusted with the

execution of Presidential Emergency War Order directives to launch up to
