Provide responsive proposal development support to industry via a woman-
owned small business operating in the metropolitan Washington DC federal
marketspace.
Senior Technology Acquisition Consultant (1099 position), Washington D.C.
Supported the Department of State in the formation and execution of a
$300M+ portfolio-wide acquisition strategy for its worldwide information
technology (IT) support mission. Duties also included the full range of
pre-award source selection support activities for several major IT
acquisitions -- each valued at $50M+. Also provided contract management
support for ten major IT programs.
Senior Technology Acquisition Consultant, Draper Laboratory, Cambridge, MA
Supported the Department of
Commerce with the formation of an initial acquisition and budget strategy
to implement a multi-billion dollar Congressional initiative to develop and
operate a nationwide 4G wireless public safety broadband network for the
nation's 3M+ first responders. Duties included the full range of
acquisition activities that led to a $70M+ multi-award technical support
services contract.

leadership for multiple acquisition PMOs comprised of several hundred

Led the Pacific Air Force's largest contracting squadron with 76
