grade adjustments. Supported improvements in guidelines for

adjustments from promotions, transfers, business realignment,

etc. Presented findings and recommendations.

. Salary Surveys - Managed salary survey cycle and participation for all

job families and levels.

. Sales Incentive Compensation - Assisted in calculating and

administering quarterly sales incentives.

. Trend Analysis - Collected, analyzed, and summarized market data for
