Executive Profile My background is in telephone sales and call centre management and staffing. I was a licensed stockbroker, selling securities over the telephone, from 1994-2001. In that time I was promoted rapidly from brokers' assistant to senior trader with the firm. In 2002 opened, managed and operated my own boutique corporate finance and communications firm with a specialization in investor relations. Between 2002 and 2013 I successfully managed an average of 25 call centre staff, including sales representatives and support staff at locations on Bay, Carlton and Merton streets' in Toronto.
