Accomplishments

Coordinated the implementation of our ADP Total Absence Management system. This system was designed to

t rack all leave requests for all eligible classes for state and federal leave entitlements. In addition the system

t racked the status of the Open and Closed leaves which had the functionality of producing leave status reports.

S uccessfully implementation of the Americans with Disability Act tracking spreadsheet to capture

a ccommodation requests by employees. This spreadsheet details the interactive process the company

e ngaged in with the employee during this process in order to stay in compliance with the Americans with

Disability Act.

vendors requests and/or concerns regarding leave of absence and disability concerns under strict confidentiality.

Employees are made aware of any Family Medical Leave usage and entitlements available to them under State

and Federal Law to ensure they are notified timely of their rights and responsibility under FMLA. Coordination of

d aily leave administration including, but not limited to benefit enrollments, COBRA Notices, terminations,

changes in FLSA status and new hire on-boarding.

On a daily basis, I work closely with Benefits Manager and HR Director regarding the proper administration of

A DA accommodation request by employees. In addition to advising employees of leave Rights, I also maintain
