Project : Process Downtime Reduction
Description : Stamping department has a major contribution to the entire plant
(RNAIPL). It consists of two major lines for producing structures such as fenders, roofs,
doors, etc. Major lines are L LINE and XL LINE. There are many issues occurring in the XL line.
Downtime has a major contribution in hole change, die cleaning and p1 part in fault. Root
cause for the major downtime has been identified for the specific period and counter
measures are taken in order to increase the production.
