. Upgrade Scanners, Global 360, Kofax VRS: Was the PM as well as Solution
Architect, with a team of 3 on-site resources and a couple of off-shore
developers. The two month long project was completed on schedule
. Upgrade Mailmerge application: Replaced the existing solution with a WIN7
compatible alternate with two on-site, two off-shore resources. The
project reduced the cost of ownership to 15% of the current solution
