ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
MANPOWER PLANNING :-
* Planning of Manpower as per the each individual departmental
requirement.
* Planning of Manpower for future business needs.
* Providing required manpower including Company rolls and Contractual
rolls as per the individual departmental requirement.
* Taking all precautionary steps to fulfill the manpower requirements.
* Discussing with Concerned HODs to finalize the required Manpower
Resources.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION PROCESS / INDUCTION & ORIENTATION :-
* Sourcing, Screening shot listing of candidate profiles for different
positions
* Coordinating with departmental heads and Head HR for conducting
Interviews.
* Processing offer letters/Appointment letters as per salary grid for
the selected Candidates.
* Taking care of Induction and Orientation Programmes for Selected
candidates.
* Completion of Joining formalities for newly joined employees.
ATTENDANCE & LEAVE MANAGEMENT :-
* Monitoring the functions of time keepers and ensuring the maintenance
of proper attendance registers & Maintain muster rolls and leave
records employees.
* Having the track records of late comer and regular absentees and
taking proper disciplinary action.
* Maintaining leave records crediting leaves by eligibilities updating
from time to time, carry forwards and encashment.
WAGE & SALARY ADMINISTRATION :-
* Preparation of Wage & Salaries (Employees & Contract Labour).
* Preparation updation of pay scales and Promotion Policy Procedures.
* Preparation of Full & Final Settlement -(Employees & Contract Labour).
* Preparation of Bonus Statements and updation of the same.
CONTRACT LABOUR METHODOLOGY :-
* Ensuring the required no. of contract labour engaged as per the
Production requirement.
* Instructing the contractor regarding manpower requirements from time
to time.
* Ensuring the statutory records to be maintained by Labour Contractors
under various Acts.
* Labour licenses renewals and ensuring the submission of returns to
labour department required under Contract labour Act.
* Monitoring and scrutinization of Contract Labour issuses,viz: Contract
labour Attendance / leave management / Monthly Bills verification /
Wages / Statutory norms,Dedutions and etc.,
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS :-
* Interaction with employee on various grievances.
* Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
* Worked on effective communication.
HR ADMINISTRATION :-
* Maintain the administration activities like Canteen, Housekeeping and
Transport.
STATUTORY :-
* Handled calculation, tallying & Monthly remittance of PF & ESI
