Summary

I have 9 years experience in manufacturing. I began my career as a brake press operator. By

showing outstanding motivation, the ability to learn quickly, and attention to detail, I seen

many promotions that eventually landed me into supervision of over 40 employees

between 3 shifts. I have 5 years of leadership experience between team lead and

supervisor. I oversaw Lasers, Brakes, Stamping Presses, Feedlines, Hand Welding (mig &

tig), Robotic welding, Kitting, and Assembly. I also moved into planning for a short period

of time, which in combination of production experience, proved to be very beneficial to

the company.

customer sold heavy duty cranes. This new work was unlike any other in our company due

to the size and limited quantities of production. This department had assembly, kitting, and

welding of crane components that included 16ft diamond plate fenders. This area of the

company was very challenging due to being unique to our business. Space constraints, low

quantity runs, and 150+pc component kits that had to be 100% accurate to the customer.

This is the area I was noticed for my planning abilities. In this role, I became the project

manager of the implementation of over 300 new parts in a short period of time. I assisted in

the quoting of lead time and pricing, as well as ensuring we met our deadlines.
