Project Manager and member of a cross functional team to install a WMS system (MOVE) for the

EMEA region in The Netherlands. Project plan was created on a 13 month timeframe to implement
ERP systems and processes all at one time. Monitoring specific hand offs from the WMS to the other
Oracle systems was vital. (Applications included: Oracle Order Entry, Inventory Purchasing,
Financials, EMS2000 import/export, and LPA inventory planning.) Prepared EMEA management with
tools and reports to manage and transition to new business processes.
Regression tested and documented issues with an Oracle based WMS with each new release. Also
•
assisted with issue management throughout the process.
Hired and supervised an Analyst for regression testing and training support during systems upgrades
•
on a parallel timeframe.
Developed and implemented a training program for the WMS implementation with over 250 hours of
•
training for 140 employees involving dramatic transitions of current processes. Used original training
program to develop a cross training and new hire program for additional employee growth and
orientation.
Served as Move application leader in cross-functional team, testing involved with organization

implementation of Oracle products (Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Entry) including interfaces
between programs and volume capacity. System was implemented in October 1998. Project lead
towards cross-functional development of processes organization wide. This was based on gap
analysis, which determines where the system processes end and the business processes begin.

Documented new departmental ISO 9002 processes as a result of WMS implemented May 1998 and

also served on the cross functional team to document the End-to-end ERP business processes.

Served on cross functional team to implement MIS system (Integrate) to track productivity, quality,

and expenses.
Trained business unit managers on MIS System (Integrate) Indicators were based on past history
and concentration on the end products instead of the methods used to arrive there.
Challenges met with this project include the consensus of common products and quality measures
throughout three states and educating management with limited PC skills. The information
collected was used to indicate areas with need for improvement and to consolidate current
management reporting to one source.

Developed and administered the Internal Control Program with the goal of preventing loss to the

company. Conducted reviews on departments prone to risk ensuring followed procedures and need
