Theater Signal Command

Maintained existing servers; Implemented new functionalities and policies.
Conducted life-cycle replacements for equipment.
Ensured the unit’s network equipment met DoD Information Assurance Certification and
Accreditation Process (DIACAP) standards.
Upgraded Cisco IOS’s on firewalls, switches, and routers.

Maintained an Army Reserve Command level database to include subordinate units. This

Management Officer) of the 490 th TIN-E
to Bagram, Afghanistan.
Managed over 17,000 users on base
with a team of 12 personnel and had
averaged ticket resolutions within one
day of most issues (average wait time
prior was 3-5 days).
Troubleshot errors within all ranks from
lower enlisted to upper echelon of the
officer corps.
Provided a very efficient manner of
resolving tickets which resulted in cost
savings of time, personnel, potential
increased downtime, & equipment of well
over $100,000 over a period of nine
months.
