Project Description: Production support JDE E8.12 Security and MDM

Responsibilities:

• Implemented the change management process for the client’s upgraded ERP system by

participating in the user training, designing the support process for user created incidents and

service requests.

continents. Analyzed the incident numbers and estimated the team size for level 1 and level 2

happens.
