Full-Time. National Corporate Operations Training Supervisor. This position
leads and coordinates all Brand Certification and Leadership Training classes
and Certified Training Coach Workshops for the 196 Value Place LLC property
leadership staff across the nation. In addition, this position helps oversee
the overall execution of the Manager in Training (M.I.T.) field-based learning
program and the ongoing training efforts for the M.I.T. Certified Training
Coaches.
Responsibilities also include: managing and coordinating all aspects of the
training programs from scheduling classes, tracking attendee registration and
class pre-work to conducting the Brand Certification Class, ensuring trainee
travel is booked for class, corresponding with upper leadership to set up
meetings or acquire paperwork and Training Coach Certification Workshops. In
addition, this position is responsible for collaborating as needed on curriculum
development for all training programs. Other responsibilities include: Assume
the lead education role for the Brand Certification classes and Certified
Training Coach Workshops, class coordination, set-up, tracking compliance
requirements, class scheduling updates, etc.; Assist with the development of

Full-Time. Assistant General Supervisor. As an Assistant General Supervisor I
helped recruit, select, orient, train, and manage a total staff of 6-8
employees. I also helped handle all of the property's decisions for a
multi-million dollar operation. The primary focus was managing the growth of our
revenue and profit in the market. The focus was on: Clean, safe, affordable
housing; Superior customer service; Focused employee development; and planned
revenue and profit goals. Understand Quality Assurance and Guest Readiness
standards to maintain property and train staff to be Guest Ready and Quality
Assurance ready at all times. Wichita West frequently ranked in the top 7% of
properties across the Nation in Guest Readiness, Operational Excellence,
