COMPUTER SKILLS

I have many years of office/management/clerical experience. I have worked for profit

as well as non-profit organization and have managed upwards of 32 staff for which I

was responsible for payroll, evaluations, hiring/firing, the day to day operations of the

business office. I am computer literate, have knowledge of office equipment.

EXPERIENCE

2009-2012 Reimbursement Director, Arbor Circle

Managed multi-million annual billing and collections department, responsible for

staffing of customer service, billing and front desk staff. Work in conjunction with the

15 site managers to educate staff thru training and increase revenue while minimizing

bad debt.

2005-2009 Reimbursement Manager, Hope Network

Responsible for hiring, firing, training of 32 billing specialists. Hope Network is a 10-12

million dollar monthly organization with multiple locations. I worked closely with site

managers to increase the revenue and reduce loss thru proper billing.
