Worked with consulting Group to implement Interdisciplinary Care Rounds on all units, Patient
Placement planning, Case Management assessment, Clinical Pathways and Care Variation that
resulted in considerable decrease in LOS and time from admit order to bed. Inclusion of
Physicians in rounds has streamlined communication as well as decreased time spent by all
disciplines tracking down each other for questions.
