Kaizan event.
Warehouse management, supervisor of a team of 10+, implementing lean practices.
Aug 2013 – Nov 2014: Formation Supervisor/Shipping Supervisor, Johnson Controls, Inc.
Directed efforts of 10 to 20 personnel in producing automotive power supplies. Appraised trained and mentored crew
in “high performance team” philosophy to produce positive results. Inventory control, personnel and maintenance
scheduling, communicating with Shipping, Quality control, Continuous improvement, and Scheduling department managers.

In this union shop, lead shift to produce quality product through company specific procedures and a lean philosophy;
Resulting in reduced scrap and increased production, while ensuring safety through State and Federal guidelines as well a s
company specific requirements. Successfully lead implementation of plan to increase efficiency through cross ‘specialized’
training with an achieved goal of our equivalent to SMED.
