Manage nine business development representatives (BDR's) island wide

Plan by $3M. Lease bookings were nearly tripled in 2010 to $17.1M.

Assistant Manager Indirect Lending, 2004-2009
Key player in the development of a high quality indirect loan portfolio
achieved through efficient indirect loan application analysis using an
online credit evaluation system. Consistently exercised sound credit
judgment and leadership in the granting of loans while directly supervising
