Assistant Manager Business Development, 2009-2014

Promoted to create, implement, and execute the annual profit plan including

monthly acquisitions, and individual BDR goals. Expertly forecast monthly

new, used, and Leasing results.

Manage nine business development representatives (BDR's) island wide

covering a network of 450 new and used dealerships. Effectively lead, train

and monitor staff issues including vacation, sick and performance

Key Achievements

Fiscal year 2013 inplemented automated tickler system for all pertinent

dealer permits to ensure compliance. Exceeded Retail Profit Plan bookings

Plan by $3M. Lease bookings were nearly tripled in 2010 to $17.1M.

Fiscal 2009 exceeded profit plan numbers by $3M, $127M actual compared to

Assistant Manager Indirect Lending, 2004-2009

Key player in the development of a high quality indirect loan portfolio

achieved through efficient indirect loan application analysis using an

online credit evaluation system. Consistently exercised sound credit

judgment and leadership in the granting of loans while directly supervising

all internal and external Credit Analysts. Coordinated organizational cross
