Application Production Support – Manager
Responsible for oversight of a technical team tasked with supporting critical, production applications in a
high-availability banking environment. Distributed technical resources among ongoing projects.
Determined evening and weekend support coverages. Liaised with application teams to implement new
changes or modifications to the batch and file transfer mechanisms. Ensured compliance with standard

Responsible for all aspects of Information Technology in 13 branch offices across North and South
America. Ensured compliance of infrastructure to corporate standards including desktops, laptops,
Blackberry/iPhone/Android, audio/video, local and network security, application deployment and
licensing, remote manageability, critical data backup, network design, and disaster preparedness. Liaised
with all IT departments and help desks to ensure a coordinated response to issues.

to problems, and a cost-efficient balance of remote management supplemented with local support.
