Seeking a challenging role within Human Resource department where I can

Working as HR Executive at Naticon Research Labs Pvt Ltd (May 2014-till

date)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:-

-Scheduling, arranging and providing training to employees of various

divisions while co-ordinating with internal trainers.

SALARY,COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:-

-Tracking the monthly attendance, monthly leaves.

-processing monthly salary, advance and expenses, compensating the arrears

in salary or expense into the Tally ERP 9 Software.

-checking all the expenses of employees on tour and disbursing along with

salary.

-Calculating PF total amount for filling it through challans.

-removing the names of employees from the PF and ESIC list after the

employee has resigned.

-Registering employees into ESIC after any new joinee into the

organization.

-Co-coordinating with ESIC department for any changes into the registration

and also with PF office for timely amendments in PF laws.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:

-Celebrations-Ganpati festival and other company events

-Effectively managing welfare measure

-employee get together, picnics and parties.

-Birthday mailing and new joinee mails.

RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED:

Recruitment, Joining and Induction:-

. Sourcing profiles, initial screening, scheduling interviews,

preparation of offer Letters and compensation break-ups.

. Handling the Pre-Joining and Post-Joining Processes.

. Taking HR Induction and explaining HR policies of the company.

. Completing joining formalities.

. Taking care of the Induction Program for the New Joinee on the day of

joining.

Training:-

. On the job induction for new recruits for quick integration into their

functions Preparation of Training Need Analysis Plan Development

. Training feedback.

Employee Relation Activities: -

. Handling Employee grievances, mentoring and counseling

employees, involved people for various activities like Birthday

celebrations, cultural activities & other Welfare activities.

. Handling of disciplinary action.

HR Administration:-

. Compilation and processing of monthly attendance muster in attendance

system for employees.

. Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records,PF records, issue

letters etc.

. Calculating and processing salaries of the employees.

. Handling compensation and benefits.

. Incentives payable to the employees, also handling and reporting the

issues to senior management for necessary actions

. Salary slips distribution on same day of salary disbursement

MIS & Individual Records -

. Maintaining individual records for all the employees.

. Maintaining MIS of all the employees

. Updating MIS with confirmation, salary revision etc.

Exit interviews and Full and Final Settlement:-

. Conduction of Exit Formalities.

. Taking Exit Interview and preparing a report on this quarterly basis

and presenting to HR Head

. Working on full and final settlement of the resigned employees by

considering his notice period, remaining salary and leaves.

Welfare & Administration: -

. Office Administration: Handle correspondence on behalf of the Admin-

Manager of the company to various stake holders like vendors,

service providers and also staff as needed. Preparing Invoices and

Purchase Orders. Coordinating with suppliers and customers for

goods and payments.

. Pantry: Ensure pantry is maintained hygienically and the stocks are

maintained as per requirement for day to day usage depending on the

monthly consumption.

. Repair and Maintenance: Maintenance of office equipments like

telephone lines, and instruments, Air conditioner, Fire

extinguisher, Printers, Photocopying machines etc.

Shifting/allotting extensions, Vendor development, Pest Control,

Furniture, Key management, Vehicle management etc.

. Wastage Control: Stationery, of water, electricity, tea Control

over usage. Procuring and distributing office stationery as

required by staff and keeping a record of the same to avoid wastage

and misuse.

. Entering into Contracts: Contracts are entered for executing

routine maintenance (AMC), ensure that the selected contractor to

meet the requirements.

. Procurement of Items: Looking after the purchases of Stationery

items, Housekeeping materials, required items for the office.

Follow up with vendors for speedy delivery of the material, keeping

track of stock available, maintaining the data of stationery used

and sending MIS on monthly basis.
