plans and delegate assignments of those tasks;
> Complete chemical and mechanical analysis of raw materials and
examine for compliance to ASTM and internal specifications;
> Monitor non-conforming materials or products;
> Coordinate in-house mechanical charpy v-notch (CVN) testing, as well
as 3rd party chemical and physical analysis when required;
> Publish customer requirements to management and shop level;
> Knowledgeable in interpreting manufactured parts and structural
drawings;
> Conduct various training sessions both internally and externally;
> Perform job safety analysis of various work stations and employees
throughout the facility;
> Familiar with equipment programming of manufactured parts, traffic
or logistics, purchasing and inventory, and production standard
operating procedures.
