I currently support North America at International Paper, a 29 billion dollar global pulp and paper industry leader with over 200
locations in NA. I am directly responsible for the oversight, process improvement and hands on full life cycle recruitment
activities, while providing support to various HR related projects and building relationships with various levels of management
for International Paper's Corporate Opportunities, CTA, & Manufacturing Plants throughout North America.
Key Results:
Consistently responsible for and successfully maintaining full life cycle recruiting for 30 or more requisitions.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, while growing various departments nationwide (Supply Chain,

distribution center in Memphis. TN. Also assisted with requisition flow throughout NIKE Brand Experience, Factory, Converse
and Hurley facilities including roles in: Engineering, IT, Accounting/Finance, Operations, Leadership, Human Resources,
Desginers, etc.

Created a new recruiting and hiring strategy to locate exempt and non exempt employees for 276 million dollar
expansion that appropriately meet NIKE standards and culture: Including increasing social media and Avature usage to

Lead project implementing new phase of Taleo ATS in Memphis Market: subject matter expert on our Applicant
Tracking System (ATS) and manage requisition creation, posting and candidate tracking processes as well as
participation on projects for continual improvement.
I leveraged a CRM to manage talent to present to hiring managers at the right time, for the right role, for the right
compensation.
This position allowed me to utilize my skills in candidate sourcing, resume review, telephone and in person screening

venues. My position allowed me to manage human resource operations for three properties and/or events including: FedExForum,
Kentucky Speedway, and New Hampshire Motor Speedway. My major areas of responsibility were organizational departmental
planning; performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory
concerns regarding employees; Maintained sensitive documents for exempt and non exempt staff including disciplinary forms,
terminations, attendance, accident reports, insurance enrollment, separation notices (exit interviews), worker’s comp, vacation
requests, unemployment, sick leave forms, governed complaints, new hire training, testing, and appeals.
Key Results:
Successfully managed a team of 13 60 managers (depending on location), up to 1500 hourly employees, 150 non
profit organization volunteers and numerous contracted vendors.
