Hi,

I am a team player with great customer service skills and appropriate phone

manners. I maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. I have a

strong work ethic with outstanding computer skills. I am Microsoft Office

Suite proficient and detail oriented.

People are my priority. I am not competitive, but prefer a win-win

philosophy while providing a support role. I excel at building lasting

customer relations; my value added is as an interface. I provide follow-up

in order to build customer confidence and encourage positive relations.

Helping other people realize their goals is a wonderful reward for me.

Having spent the majority of my work history as IT support for a high

volume electronics manufacturer, my priority has always been to understand

the current workflow, becoming a subject matter expert. That allowed me to

analyze processes and coordinate improvements when needed.

While I do not hold a security clearance at this time, I see no problem

obtaining one. I have an excellent credit rating and will have no issues

with a background check.

I have a technical history and I am very conscientious and highly motivated

employee. One who will work hard and exceed the expectations of any

employer.
