Associate Consultant / Implementation Manager for client (Royal Bank of
Scotand)
. Responsible for Implementation stream for CSR upgrade project on
Mortgages platform. Instrumental in guiding, designing and framing the
Implementation strategy, Implementation plan & Sequence of Events for
implementation. This CSR Upgrade project is a complete Mortgage
platform transformation which involves multiple stakeholders.
Technical stack for project includes Oracle 11g, Oracle forms, Unix,
WAS 5.1, WAS 7, Datapower.
. Responsible for liasing with various stakeholders and collate the
implementation specific activities from their respective technical
