ensure they matched with Sabre PNRs. Verify that documentation in GT PNRs displayed in Sabre
PNRS and all segments matched exactly as well as any schedule changes, special remarks and
special service requests.
• Responsible for creating training documents and submitting documentation to the GetThere University
Team for posting on the GTU website for Customer Training purposes.
•Responsible for delineating requirements to solve complex business problems using differing
technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains on high profile and/or critical efforts,

role included breaking down each piece of the PNR, making sure it was cached correctly and
redisplayed in the correct partition without making another call to Sabre. Breakdown included
Name field, Telephone Number, FAX, OSI, SSR, Remarks, Historical Remarks, Received From,
History, Ticketing information, Itin changes, and any other actions that involve the PNR.
