As Director of Quality was responsible for quality departments’ budgeting process and staffing at four different
manufacturing locations in North America and Brazil for a Tier-1 supplier with 475 employees.
Was the primary contact to multiple automotive customers in North America, Europe, India and Mexico in
resolving quality problems quickly and effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Over seven years expertise responsible for evaluating customer and/or field returns for root-cause analysis and
corrective actions, as well as follow-up with detailed feedback.
Directed all quality related functions for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new program
launches at all plant locations.
Prior to Director, was the Quality Assurance Manager for a plant of 175 employees responsible for all plant
quality issues and responsible for maintaining Ford Q1, as well as ISO9001/TS16949 certifications.
Oversaw all aspects of dimensional layout analysis and review and approval of capability indices prior to

shore, sub-tier suppliers as well as, ensuring a safe and successful launch for each.
Traveled extensively to Korea, China and India managing a diverse global supply base.
