?International Gear Company (12 months) ~ performed MT and PT

inprocess and final

Nital Etch inspections on McDonnell Douglass and Sikorsky

aerospace gears for

tempering and rehardening, as well as Rockwell readings for

case in core, and core in case.

?Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant (2 months) ~ performed 79-14

walkdowns and inprocess

welding on modified supports and new installations. Assisted

with reactor internal

removal, manway removal and installation, RTD installation, and

torqueing of reactor

cooling pump.

?Nine Mile Point #1 Nuclear Power Plant (8 months) ~ performed

ISI inspections, VT 1

and 3 remote Visual Exams of reactor internals, V 2 system leak

exams, VT 3 and 4 exams

of installed supports.

?Grand Gulf Nuclear Power Plant (5 months) ~ performed

inspections on component

supports, including: hydraulic and mechanical snubbers, rigid

struts, and spring cans. In

addition, did routine inspections for preventative maintenance.

?Fort Calhoun Nuclear Power Plant (5 months) ~ for 3 months

during this nuclear power

plant's maintenance and refueling outage, performed inspections

of wire splicing, FHA

relays, switches, meggering, cable pulls and routing, torquing,

and grouting. In addition,

did inspections on welding of seismic supports, pumps, valves,

and breakers; performed

hydrostatic pressure testing. Contracted on a later date to

perform routine inspections on

inprocess welding, operability of breakers, and preventative

maintenance.

?Clinton Nuclear Power Plant (9 months) ~ as a result of

successfully finding the

locations of socket welds from various drawings and systems,

performing PT tests, and

accurately and thoroughly creating reports and sketches during

new construction, was

hired back to verify inspections of mechanical maintenance

activities on pumps, valves,

bolted connections, and hangers. Coordinated with startup on

hydros and pneumatic

testing. In addition, performed document review and documented

results of inspections on

appropriate forms.

?Bath County Pumped Storage Project (2 months) ~ worked in

underground tunnels

observing, inspecting, and documenting the drilling of holes.

Performed water tests to

determine their lugent values of each hole. Further, witnessed

the pressure grouting of the

holes at various P.S.I. grout ratios.

?Perry Nuclear Power Plant (15 months) ~ during new

construction of this nuclear power

plant, performed NDE on containment structure in compliance

with AWS and ASME

specifications. Contracted at a later date to perform first

line visual welding and

mechanical inspections of installations of pipe supports and

hangers and to verify

dimensions and documentation for the Field Hanger Report
