Resposibilities:
Prepares Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts and Receiving Letters including sales
orders and free of charge slips.
Coordinates with Sales Manager regarding customer’s order.
Prepares Inventory Sheets of consigned wines and billings of sold wines.
Prepares pull-out slips and credit memos.
Updates customers’ listing of our wines.
Prepares application letters, assessment slip and other documents needed for
application of product registration with FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
Monitors stocks of promo items and other materials needed during wine tasting and
promotions.
Encoding Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts on Nola Link for inventory update.
Booking of deliveries to S&R and Rustan’s.
Prepares materials needed in wine tasting and promotions.
Prepares labels of wines for ATRIG Application and reproduces Certificate of Product
Registration (CPR) needed for release of shipment.
Filing of documents.
Monitors expiration of Certificate of Product Registrations (CPR) files.
Monitors Resorts World orders thru Ariba and book accordingly.
Prepares quarterly inventory of consigned wines.
Prepares list of unserved orders when the wines are sold out, for replenishment when
the shipment arrives.
Prepares other miscellaneous tasks related in accounting and sales.
