departments such as the welcome centre to manufacturing.

Managed critical management needs often conflicting requirements.

Reviewed the process from order to cash, and analysed the receipt of order

and converting the order to

PO and then handing over to manufacturing module. This required the timely

information to be given to production as certain urgent orders had to be

dispatched within three hours from receipt of order.

Worked with the business relationship managers to link the technical

developments to the business needs.

This involved in generating a business requirement document and translating

that to technical specifications and project managing the implementation of

A short term contract in Jordan which involved gathering and analysing

requirements for the implementation of SAP core banking module in the SAP

Banking services module and the BI module.

Analysed and implemented SAP back office and the BI / BW module in the

bank, treasury systems.

Performed the IPT and the UAT testing on the BI / BW module from cash

deposits through to BI module before the modules were implemented. Recorder

the defects and monitored the fixes.

Used UML methodology to gather user requirements, created the business case

translated this to technical specs.

Trained the end users in the BI and the Bank services section to insure

Performed gap analysis & re-engineered the sales and production process to

optimize the SAP system. This resulted in increase in sales by $8 million.

This was achieved by using UML methodology.

Transformed the company from the legacy systems to SAP in SD,MM,PP,FI

modules in UK And Europe.

Performed all the performance testing on all modules from order entry to

cash receipts. Documented and requested the necessary changes to be made

to the system configuration.

I personally developed and implemented the monthly management reports with

respect to sales, stock holding, production and service. I also developed

and implemented daily, weekly and monthly KPI's management reports to

strategically guide the organization in achieving its goals and objectives.

Gathered functional requirements from senior managers to end users, in

order to optimize the use of the SAP system. This was done throughout the

UK and European offices. This I did by analysing sales orders, production

orders, procurement and delivery this resulted in a clean and smother

operations processes. This required re-configuring of SD,PP and MM from the

IT team.

Did the stress analysis of the process in the organization and made the

necessary changes.

Trained staff in all European offices in the usage of the SAP system.

Managed a team of five people that was responsible for in-house sales,

dealing with customers enquiries and converting these enquiries to orders

and insuring the delivery of order. This resulted in increase in sales by

$8 mil.

Resolved process issues and developed a smooth operation from order

received through to delivery.

By using my BEx queries I optimized the stock holding items by identifying

slow moving and redundant stock, and increased the stock turn over from 4.3

to 6.2 this also benefited the cash flow.
