drivers, procurement and office staff.

. Ground up design and start up of new demanufacturing facility in

central Pennsylvania. Start up included building

layout, material flow, hiring of employees, training, and development

of operating metrics.

. Implemented new logistics plan reducing pick up costs per pound by

50%.

Managed a variety of supply chain activities for multiple divisions

implementation of JDEdwards MRP system and improved production
